All our teachers and preceptors need to participant in activities of teacher growth held by the Teaching and Learning Development Resources Center. l The basic score of every academic year： Ø Professors：6 scores Ø Associate professors：8 scores Ø Assistant professors：9 scores Ø Lecturers：10 scores l The basic score of every semester： Ø Professors：3 scores Ø Associate professors：4 scores Ø Assistant professors：4.5 scores Ø Lecturers：5 scores l New faculties need to reach at least 5 scores in the first year. |
