• New teachers join the group each semester.
• We hold three activities each semester to improve teachers’ professional abilities.

• The teacher must join at least one activity to accord with the Enforcement Rules of the Mentorship Program for Teachers.
• For the scoring rules, please refer to the Enforcement Rules of the Teacher’s Professional Growth Community.
• Teachers who take part in at least two activities could get 2 scores.
