Training Courses

Basic training course:

Held at the beginning of the first semester of each academic year, all teaching-type part-time assistants must participate in the " Teaching-type part-time assistant basic training course" to obtain qualifications.

Intellectual growth activities (advanced training courses):

During the semester, the employed part-time teaching assistants need to participate in at least one session, and the participation and training results of various intellectual growth activities will be included in the assessment indicators for the next semester's renewal and application for certification certificates.

Those who fail to complete the number of participation in intellectual growth activities within the specified period must make up the number of courses in the next semester before they can renew their employment
